Woodland Home Concepts provides free in-home consultations and estimates on pricing. The sales representative will assist you with your design. If you have an interior decorator, our representatives can work directly with them . Due to warranty purposes and convenience, our products are typically installed by our certified and knowledgeable installers. However, there are some products available that the do-it-yourselfer can install on their own should they choose. Building a new home? Contact us first! Many new homes are built without the consideration of window coverings in mind. Customers will sometimes find that the product they desire is not compatible with the space. We can work with the customer to provide insight and information to their builder and effectively save the customer money. Many new homes owners wish to equip their home with or have the option of automation, including retrofitting homes with this option as well. The Woodland Process 1. Call (519) 520-8431 or email us to schedule a free in-home consultation. A sales representative will meet with you to see your space to ask questions, make recommendations, explain the differences between products and show you samples of the products available. 2. Rough measurements will be taken to provide a quotation. Once a decision is made to move forward with your order, the sales representative will take the final measurements and secure a deposit for ordering purposes. 3. Ordering/ manufacturing times are typically a maximum of 4-6 weeks. When the products are received an install date will be arranged and the remainder of payment will be secured once the product is installed. Woodland’s Service Area Woodland Home Concepts serves the greater London, Ontario and surrounding areas including St. Thomas, Woodstock, Kitchener, Sarnia, Grand Bend, Ilderton, and Lucan. We have also completed larger scale projects in various cities across Ontario. Window Coverings Woodland Home Concepts carries Eclipse Shutters, Graber, Shade-o-Matic Coverions and 3M Window Film.
